HIIT: 60 Minutes of heart pumping, muscle strengthening, calorie burning fitness. 

A time based interval style workout using kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and cardio machines. Our HIIT classes build off our other foundational classes such as the barbells, kettlebells and core.

All exercises will have a progression and regression to accommodate every skill level. All classes will start with an active warm up to properly prepare the body to avoid injuries and a cool down period to safely bring your heart rate back to a normal level. 

Kettlebells and Core: A full body strength and conditioning class.

A kettlebell based strength and conditioning class. You will learn how to safely perform all movements while getting arguably the best full body workout imaginable. These classes include core strengthening and mobility exercises as a compliment. This class will give a great foundation for many of the movements we use in our HIIT classes as well as the barbell class.

Barbells and Bodyweight: Foundational strength and conditioning class.

Our barbell class focuses on the 3 ‘power-lifts’, squat, bench press and deadlift. Here we teach the foundations of how to properly and safely use your body within these basic movements to build strength. We compliment this with bodyweight exercises to support a full body strengthen workout. This class will serve you well in our HIIT and kettlebell classes as you will see how the principles of all these movements align.
